CBM Consulting is the educational training arm of the Greater Detroit, Michigan Chapter of Concerned Black Men (www.cbmdetroit.org). Our lead consultant is National Lecturer, Educational Consultant, former Detroit Public Schools Secondary Social Studies Teacher, Male Responsibility Specialist, Assistant Director of the Greater Detroit Michigan, Chapter of Concerned Black Men, Designer of the Advanced Model of Academic Achievement, Community Activist, and University of Michigan Alumnus Richard Clay. Richard is also the author of the book “Raised Wrong, Educated Worse: Addressing The Troubled Behavior Of Our Sons” published in 2005, his newly released book “Market Education: The Planned Destruction Of Urban Public Schools,” and his soon to be released book “Saving Our Sons In School: An Ultimate Guide To Understanding And Educating Young Black Males.”
